MBL is looking to hire an experienced Site Manager for its Project Management Department, based in Sofia. The position is part of a Commercial Real Estate business. The employee would work closely with senior project management staff and alongside other associates from different departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting and liaising with the Senior Project Manager, the client and other staff members;
- Coordinating and supervising on-site activities on a daily basis;
- Site inspections, technical supervision and compliance verification;
- Development, track-keeping and distribution of Project Documentation;
- Overall technical support in all aspects of the construction process;
The ideal candidate would have:
- University degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/MEP/Construction Project Management;
- At least two years of work experience in a relevant field (Quantity Surveying; Construction Supervision; Design and Engineering);
- Basic understanding of project management control areas (scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement);
- Good understanding of building systems and installations, construction and design processes;
- Excellent knowledge of English is expected;
- Excellent computer literacy (including good command of CAD and Project Management software);
- Organizational and communication skills, problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency;
